Sophie has worked in property law since 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020 at a leading regional firm in the South East. After joining Britton and Time Solicitors upon qualification, Sophie has worked across a range of private residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues. Sophie specialises in assisting portfolio landlords to manage their tenants and ensuring they, and their supporting teams, meet their legal obligations. A member of the Property Litigation Association and the hostess of the Property Professionals Lunch, Sophie is a prominent member of the property sector in London and Brighton, and a vocal advocate of helping landlords understand their obligations under the Renters’ Rights Act. As a Director at the firm, Sophie oversees the Property Litigation and Immigration departments.
